gymSkins® stands by its gear and accepts nothing less than perfection. If you have received a DEFECTIVE product (i.e., stitching defect, tear in the material) or the incorrect size or order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@gymskins.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number so that we can identify your order. In the subject header of the email type the Invoice Number and the word “RETURN”. ALL RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT AND MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION.
When returning the goods, please include your RA number, a copy of the packing list, and note on the enclosed postcard why you are returning the item for exchange or refund. Please send it to the marked address on your packing list via a trackable service (i.e., UPS Ground, USPS 1st Class Insured). If you are exchanging merchandise you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, unless it was our oversight. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All domestic returns will be responsible for $3.95 for the cost of return shipping on exchanges.
